This thing may look like a prop from the old Buck Rogers television series but it is, in fact, the future of printing… er… the future of three-dimensional printing. Mcor Technologies of Ireland just debuted the Matrix 300- a printer that produces three-dimensional paper prints. The Mcor Matrix is apparently the only 3D printer in the world that can use ordinary A4/letter-sized paper to make 3D objects. By using common A4 paper, Mcor claims to significantly decrease the cost of 3D printing.
