The thing that grabbed my attention when I saw these “COMICS” T-Shirts at Target the other day was this remarkable tag, attached to the shirts:

Variable Edition T-Shirts! And Green Lantern too!! Have I died and gone to Geek Heaven?!
…Or is this just another print-related scam from the comics industry?

I bought a shirt many’a year ago while visiting my grandparents in FL. They claimed the same thing based on their ‘belt printing’ technique. Of course, this really only means ‘yeah, we know there wrinkles in it – we don’t care’.
Jason – your shirts were belt printed – are they marketed as ‘one of a kind’?
I always thought that this was just to give themselves an excuse if anybody complained about the messy printing.
hey, I got the apron, it rules! I will send pictures soon (hopefully of many eras of apron wearing). thanks!!!!
