Leslie Tucker's Toxic Carbs
Leslie Tucker’s exhibition at the L.A. Center for Digital Art has begun the new year with wonderful sense of irony. Her digital prints are essentially commemorative stamps of mundane aspects of American Suburbia. White bread, plastic and incandescent light bulbs are gloriously presented with ornate borders and illustrative flourishes giving them the canonization that they so well deserve!
