When times are tough, wealthy investors can be certain of two things: they personally will make money regardless, and poor people will need to eat canned soup.

Along these same lines, may I suggest that wealthy investors who collect art should acquire prints during these times of Shared National Sacrifice? Prints tend to be cheaper than paintings, after all, and tasteful framing can match any furnishing scheme.
